Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are in love with your item! However, if for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a return or exchange.
Our return policy lasts 15 days after receiving your order. If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once the item is received in good condition, a full refund will be offered for your order, minus shipping costs, and credited automatically to the original method of payment. Where applicable, customs taxes and duties are not refundable.
If you have received an item that is defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same item. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange.
The new item will be mailed to you upon receipt of original item being exchanged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Upon approval of the return or exchange, you will receive a prepaid return label for shipment. Return shipping will be trackable and insured in the event that an item is lost in transit. Once we have received your return, a refund will be given, minus the cost of shipping (varies by location).
Unfortunately we cannot provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders. Please arrange for return shipping with your local carrier. We encourage you to purchase shipping that is trackable and insured against loss. We cannot guarantee receipt of your shipment.
